Books succeed on their passion, and so do their covers. That’s where we come in.

THE CUSTOM PACKAGE - $2249
Our custom cover package includes a 1-on-1 concept consultation by email, phone, or Zoom to discuss your novel, your marketing strategy, and how we can work together to give your book its best possible start.
– A custom illustrated panoramic image, with full rights transfer to you, the author.
– eBook, print, and audiobook cover files.
– Marketing banner graphics and 3d mockups on request.
We offer series continuations for all of our premades.
Variations – Series continuations that are variations on the original premade concept (the same character in a different pose, the same spaceship from a different angle and another background, etc) are billed at the same price as the original premade. You will be given the opportunity to request minor tweaks.
New Concepts – If you require major changes to the concept of the original, or a new concept altogether, we recommend upgrading to the custom package for your series continuation.
Non-Premade Series Continuations – If you have an existing series that we did not create, or are seeking a series continuation for a custom cover, we recommend booking the custom package for your series continuation.
HOW IT WORKS

Ready to get your cover project started? Drop us a line using the form below and let us know what you have in mind, and what your ideal start date is.
To lock in your booking date, we require a booking fee of $75 per cover.
Once your booking date rolls around, it’s time to talk concept. We offer a 1-on-1 consultation by email, phone, or Zoom to discuss your novel and your marketing strategy, and what cover concept will work the best for your project.
This is where the magic happens. Once we’ve found a cover concept you’re confident in, we’ll take that concept and do what we do best–paint a killer cover.
The first 50% of your cover fee (minus your $75 booking fee) is due prior to beginning this step.
When the cover has reached roughly the 95% mark, you’ll have an opportunity to review our work and request a round of revisions to further refine the cover and take it to that next level.
Once we’ve got your final approval, the remainder of your fee is due. We’ll provide you with a link to your outstanding invoice, and get your final files prepared.
There is no time-limit on paperback formatting, so if you’re not quite ready, take your time. We know the publication process can be complicated and stressful, and our goal is the be the easy part.
Cancellations and Refunds
If we get to the concept phase (Step 2) and you’re not 100% confident with the approach we’re taking, or feel that we’re not a good creative fit, we can cancel the project with no further financial commitment. No harm, no foul, no awkwardness.
Our $75 booking fee is non-refundable.
